Wings: Fuel tanks. Parts deburred and primed.

I decided to redo my fuel tanks.  See here for why.  The entries specific to the redone tanks are here.

The 2" inch Scotch-Brite wheel is perfect for deburring the curves in the tank attach bracket subassemblies.

During fuel tank construction, there are some shims for the tank attach bracket subassemblies.  The plans requires you to cut the shims to be flush with the assembly edge.  I cut too close on the right T-1005C and went straight through a rivet hole on the part.  Oops.  $5.40 later, Van's sent me a new part.  Lucky it was just a flat piece of aluminum with holes in it rather than a large, formed part.

Attach assembly properly countersunk, ready for cleaning, etching and priming.

The attach assembly can only be primed in that part which is not submerged in the tank's confines.

And big day:  Crossed the 200 hour mark.  17% complete with my RV-14A, right?  Update 10-May-18:  Turns out that the 200 mark represented ~7.1% completion.
