Few posts recently due to my moving to a new house back in March. No work=no posts. The shop in the new house will finally be operational this coming weekend. In the meantime, a giant crate came today. Delivered by Dave, the same guy who has delivered the wing and fuselage kits. Nice guy.
372 pounds with dimensions of 73"x49"x29".
The lid is off.
Unboxing.
The canopy. I chose not to remove the duct tape so that the protective film remains intact.
Cowl and tires.
Cowl.
Everything in the crate save the cowl and canopy. In comparison to previous kits, there are far fewer parts. However, I doubt that such a limited manifest is correlated to the work all of this represents. Visible, among others, are: Engine mount, tires, tubes, gear legs and fairings. The spinner must be in the FWF kit.
