When I rough cut the lenses, one side didn't come out too well. So I bought another mold (ugh) and let my friend who completed a nice -9A do the cutting and fitting for me. Everything turned out well. In fact, he was able to rescue one of my attempts so only half of the new mold was used. I just need to countersink the screw holes for the screw and Tinnerman I plan to use.
The key to the nice edges was my belt sander.
